Privacy Policy
- As a Lead generation service provider, our Team is simply taking Loan applicant requirements. We do not collect or check any documents of Loan Applicant and we also do not check or run credit history checks for the loan applicants. Credit scores mentioned as good/excellent/average/poor are purely as per loan applicants’ opinion and it is highly recommended that the Bank/NBFC/Loan DSA check and verify documents and other profile-related verification thoroughly before arriving at any decision.
- We are not responsible for any consequences, issues, disputes, claims, or settlements between the loan applicant and Bank/NBFC/Loan DSA. Any Document that may have been shared by loan applicants accidentally assuming our team is a Lending Company is strictly disregarded by the team. YoGi Direct Marketing /Paresh Pavani/Prayosha Easy Loan team has been working with their client in adherence to all regulations and following all the privacy policies.
- In some of the very few and rare cases on client request any document that may have been asked from the Loan Applicant is purely post strict consent given by the Loan Applicant only and All such documents and for Loan application purposes only.
- Once the Application is approved /rejected these documents are disregarded/discarded. It is the complete responsibility of the NBFC/Bank/Lending Partner to whom the application is submitted to maintain a strict privacy policy at their end use the documentation for the purpose it has been uploaded and maintain access under strict surveillance to prevent it being used by any third party or being misused.
- It is also the complete responsibility of the NBFC/Bank/Lending Partner to whom the application is submitted to verify loan applicants’ eligibility, profile, history etc. before lending or financing for the purposes and YoGi Direct Marketing /Paresh Pavani/Prayosha Easy Loan team’s role is only till connecting Loan Applicant to NBFC/Bank/Lending Partner, Post which it remains complete responsibility of NBFC/Bank/Lending Partner to approve/disapprove loan application till full payment of Loan amount, its interest and charges applicable if any.
- Our team plays no role in any monetary transaction between both parties once both parties are connected. YoGi Direct Marketing /Paresh Pavani/Prayosha Easy Loan team is not responsible for any dispute/issue/claim or settlement arising out of the Loan process or transaction. Loan Applicant and Loan Lender completely hold no responsibility to YoGi Direct Marketing /Paresh Pavani/Prayosha Easy Loan team from any charges, dues, payment, damage, or penalty arising out of their mutual transactions.
Note: Our Services include Business Development Platforms for clients already having opt-in/subscribed customers for their products and services. We do not sell, promote or encourage any List support/Database. SMS List support for Promotional SMS services has been stopped well in advance before July 2023. Clients with their existing lists of opt-in/subscribers are requested to contact for sending updates/notifications etc. which should be as per DND regulations only. Clients calling for List Support would be rejected directly.
