Clients with proper registration for Businesses and necessary license holders should only connect. YoGi Direct Marketing does not sell any Marketing Lists, databases, or Telecalling lists. All the Registered clients who want to promote their products or services using our Platform need to manage DND and consent at their end very strictly. Any failure here would be termed as a breach of trust and this would result in the termination of services without refund. The client (Customer using our services) would be solely responsible for using their campaign list i.e. opti-in customers/website visitors/Leads/Inquiry/Marketing lists sourced by the client. By using our services clients agree on End user policy that the campaign list used on our platforms is DND scrubbed and necessary consent has been acquired by them before sending any notification or Promotional messages.

As a Lead generation service provider, our Team is simply taking Loan applicant requirements. We do not collect or check any documents of Loan Applicants and we also do not check or run credit history checks for the loan applicants profile. Credit scores mentioned good/excellent/average/poor are purely as per loan applicants opinion and it is highly recommended to Bank/NBFC/Loan DSA/Lead Purchasing Company to check and verify documents and other profile-related verification thoroughly before arriving at any decision. We are not responsible for any consequences, issues, disputes, claims or settlements between the loan applicant and Bank/NBFC/Loan DSA/Lead Purchasing Company. YoGi Direct Marketing /Paresh Pavani team has been working with their client in adherence to all regulations and following all the privacy policies. In any particular case and on special request by client if any documents collected are strictly post client consents only and for Loan application purposes only. Once Application is approved/rejected these documents are discarded. It is the complete responsibility of NBFC/Bank/Lending Partner/Lead Purchasing to whom application is submitted to maintain strict privacy policy at their end and use the documentation for the purpose it has been uploaded and maintain the access under strict surveillance to prevent it from being used by any third party or being misuse. It is also complete responsibility of NBFC/Bank/Lending Partner/Lead Purchasing to whom application is submitted to verify loan applicants eligibility, profile, history etc before lending or financing for the purposes and YoGi Direct Marketing team’s role is only till connecting Loan Applicant to NBFC/Bank/Lending Partner, Post which it remains complete responsibility of NBFC/Bank/Lending Partner/Lead Purchasing company to approve/disapprove loan application till repayment of Loan amount and our team plays no role in the transaction once both the parties are in transactions. YoGi Direct Marketing /Paresh Pavani team is not responsible for any dispute/issue/claim or settlement arising out of Loan process or transaction. Loan Applicant and Loan Lender fully agree to hold no responsibility to YoGi Direct Marketing /Paresh Pavani/Virendra Pavani team from any charges, dues, payment, damage or penalty arising out of their mutual transactions.
